Keller, TX (January 5, 2026) – ProTaper, a leader in motorcycle control components, is launching several innovative new products at this week’s AIMExpo trade show, including all-new vibration damping handlebar mounts, new tires and a professional-grade lift stand.
Leading the performance category is the new ProTaper Vibration Damping System (VDS) Bar Mounts, engineered to provide unmatched comfort and control for riders. These mounts are designed to fit all 1-1/8-inch handlebars and utilize dual-direction compression and rebound damping to absorb forces that typically lead to arm pump. The system features consistent rebound control through a dedicated spacer and includes three interchangeable elastomers, allowing riders to fine-tune the softness and ride feel to their exact preference.
ProTaper also adds to its recently announced branded tire line, with the MXT 04 Mini Size Tires, which are optimized for intermediate to hard terrain. These tires feature an asymmetrical molded tread design with a specialized knob-and-groove pattern which provides exceptional stability during hard braking and acceleration.
To protect these and other tires, the brand is also launching universal ProTaper Tire Covers. Made from durable, tear-resistant material, these covers fit 18-inch to 21-inch tires and shield them from mud and debris during transport or while waiting at the starting gate.
Completing the new product lineup is the ProTaper Lift Stand, featuring sturdy steel construction and a wide-stance, anti-slip base for maximum stability in the pits. The stand features an inner slip tube for a smooth lift and drop experience and includes a centrally located tool holder so riders can focus on their bike rather than searching for tools.
