We have just confirmed word that Red Bull KTM’s David Pearson suffered a broken femur on Wednesday while practicing on a motocross track near his home in Nevada. Pearson already underwent surgery to have the femur pinned and screwed back together. It is unknown at this point how long the defending AMA Hare & Hound Champion will be out for.
