2016 KTM XCF-W and XC-W Four-Stroke Off-Road Bikes: FIRST LOOK

Similar to KTM’s new line of two-stroke off-roaders, KTM’s four-stroke XCF-W and XC-W off-roaders (250, 350, 450 and 500) don’t see big changes, but they do get skid plates, smaller-diameter front axles and other minor updates.

2016 KTM 250 XCF-W

Highlight and Changes

• New front axle reduced in size from 26 mm to 22 mm to reduce weight and offer better front end feel

• Front axle offset is adjusted from 35mm to 33mm to increase trail and provide more stability

• New open design fork protectors offer easier cleaning of the fork lower with the same amount of protection

• New skid plate protects the lower frame tubes

• New orange anodized rear sprocket

• New orange front mask

• New seat cover with Selle Dalla Valle logo

• New WP Protective decal on front fork upper

• The modern frame design of the 250 XCF-W combines maximum longitudinal stiffness with optimum torsional stiffness for easy handling and precise steering behavior, as well as excellent ride stability.
