New 2026 Beta XTrainer Specs

Cycle News Staff | June 26, 2025

Not only does the 2026 Beta XTrainer feature a fresh red and gray color scheme, but it also boasts some notable mechanical upgrades.

2026 Beta XTrainer

No longer a 250, the 2026 Beta XTrainer gets a 300cc (292.3cc) powerplant and is now just called the “XTrainer.”

Beta describes the XTrainer as a “purpose-built model, designed from the ground up to deliver an easier and more predictable ride. Not only for beginners, the XTrainer has found its way into many garages across the world, appealing not only to entry-level riders but also to expert riders looking for a play bike as a second model in their fleet.”

2026 Beta XTrainer

The 2026 XTrainer features an all-new meter that is larger and, according to Beta, easier to read. It now includes a new LED taillight, giving the XTrainer a more modern appearance and increased sturdiness. The new engine cases come with larger main bearings for enhanced durability, and the transmission ratios have been adjusted for smoother transitions between second and third gears.

Pricing has not yet been announced, but the XTrainer is expected to be available later this year.CN
