Stark Future introduced its latest motocross model, the 2026 VARG MX 1.2, which the Spanish company says “introduces advanced updates in powertrain, chassis design, and software features, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the premium electric motorcycle industry.”

At the heart of the VARG MX 1.2 is the Stark 80-horsepower electric powertrain, with fully adjustable power delivery, allowing you to fine-tune output from 10 horsepower to 80 horsepower in real time. “Fine control over the power curve and motor braking ensures a ride that’s perfectly adapted to every rider, track or terrain, all at the tip of your fingers,” says Stark Future.
The motorcycle also features what the company calls Arkenstone + Laps display and docking station, which Stark says is also a fully functioning military-grade smartphone.

“Fully integrated and field-tested toughness, this Android-powered unit sits in the handlebar and wirelessly connects deeper to the entire bike ecosystem, providing improved connectivity.
“With a few taps, riders can fine-tune power delivery, switch maps on the fly, and now with the new Laps feature, track GPS lap times and navigate new terrain.
“Developed with one of the world’s top map providers, Laps gives riders real-time course data and splits right on the bike.”

There is a new and lighter chromoly-steel frame and a new 7.2kWh battery that Stark claims offers up to 20 percent more range than its predecessor. The bike weighs in at 260.1 pounds, according to Stark.
The 1.2 will be offered in two configurations: Standard with 60 horsepower and a $12,490 MSRP, and Alpha with 80 horsepower and a $13,490 MSRP.CN
